In a sit-down interview with Sharyl Attkisson for Full Measure, President Donald J. Trump issued a strong warning to Russian President Vladimir Putin, stating that failing to agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine would be “bad news for this world.”

Trump expressed concerns over the financial burden the war has placed on the U.S., estimating the cost at over $300 billion.
“We’ve spent a massive amount of money—$350 billion—and we’re going to try to do something about that,” Trump said. “But more importantly, we have a lot of people dying over there, and we’re going to try to stop that. You’re losing probably 2,000 soldiers a week.”
